Tizito Keepsake helps you gather mementoes for a special day: you lay them into the open form, arrange them, name each one, and pick a courtyard table and a casting date. Everything you do in the app happens on your own device. We built it that way on purpose — a keepsake is private, and so is planning one. This page describes, place by place, what data exists and where it lives.

Nothing, in the ordinary sense. Tizito Keepsake has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind. The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, or microphone.
All of the content you create — the arrangement of keepsakes in the form, the space overview, item names, and your chosen table and casting date — is written to local storage on your device by the operating system, and read back only by the app itself. We never see it, and it is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
What leaves your device
Only what you deliberately send. If you email us at shaymerdenov@stathopoulosilias.com (or use the form on our Support page, which opens your own mail app), we receive your email address and your message. We use that information solely to reply and resolve your issue, and we do not add you to mailing lists or share your address with anyone.
Your casting-date booking is a plan stored in the app; the app does not transmit it to a server or to the venue.
Where your data lives, and how to remove it
- Storage: in the app's private storage area on your device only. If your device is set to back itself up (for example iCloud or Google backup), the app's data may be included in that backup under your own platform account, governed by your platform provider's terms — not by us.
- Deletion: clear an arrangement inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove everything it stored. There is no copy on our side to delete.
- Retention of email: support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your question, then deleted.
Children
Tizito Keepsake is a planning tool suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children. Because we hold no data, we have nothing to disclose, sell, or profile — for children or adults.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. For app content, you exercise all of these directly, since the data is in your hands alone. For support emails, write to us and we will access, correct, or delete what we hold about you. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Denmark, Datatilsynet).
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app ever changes how data is handled — for example, if an optional online booking feature is added — we will update this page first and note the change in the app's release notes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after a change means the updated policy applies.
